An award-winning documentary by Emmy-nominated filmmaker Laurel Chiten, Touched explores the lives of people who have been “touched” by the alien encounter phenomenon. The film has is mainly used by psychology and philosophy departments at schools and universities including Harvard and Stanford.

The filmmaker had decided - prior to my being hired - upon using the cover image seen below, and she insisted upon a red color scheme. My personal belief is that the cover would more accurately convey the concepts of the film if the color scheme were blue, because every one of the “experiencers” in the film describe a blue light being present during their alien contact experiences, and because blue light is associated (as in the Brothers Grimm fables) with visits from the spiritual world.
